　　Miao Wang Fish

　　苗王鱼源于一个古老的民族传说。苗族先民中有一位著名部落首领每逢出征，必吃此佳肴，以图吉利，因其百战百胜，护卫族民，后世称此菜为苗王鱼，以纪念其功绩。

　　As the old Miao legend goes, there was once a Miao Wang (a Miao tribal leader) who liked to invite good luck by having this dish before going to battles. This dish was later called Miao Wang Fish to remember his victories and contributions.

　　原料：稻田鱼、辣椒、苗寨天然香草  味型：鲜辣
